Upon reaching a mutual agreement with our esteemed customers, we eagerly prepare to embark on a new project.
1. Customers are requested to provide photos of candy or bar samples along with main raw materials. We assess compatibility with our machinery and determine the necessary equipment, ensuring a tailored solution.
2. Our experts meticulously create detailed CAD drawings of the candy and machine process plan, which are then presented to customers for approval, ensuring precision and satisfaction.
3. Following contract confirmation, a 30% deposit is required to initiate the production of your customized machine, paving the way for excellence.
4. Committed to timelines, we complete the machine as per contract stipulations, providing videos of production for customer confirmation. Upon approval and receipt of the remaining 70% payment, the machine is meticulously cleaned, packed, and prepared for shipment.

A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine. For example, hard candy forming machine, lollipop forming machine, etc. Hard candy production line can replace the mold of candy forming machine. To make different shapes of sugar. The lollipop production line can replace the forming machine mold to produce lollipops of different specifications and shapes. It should be noted that.
