3. Once the contract is confirmed, we receive a 30% deposit and promptly initiate the production process, dedicating ourselves to efficiency and quality.
4. Adhering strictly to contractual timelines, we complete the machine and provide comprehensive video documentation for customer verification. With the green light from our clients, we meticulously clean, pack, and prepare the machine for shipment upon receipt of the remaining 70% balance.

Q1. Can one of your machines make many kinds of candy or bars?
A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine. For example, hard candy forming machine, lollipop forming machine, etc. Hard candy production line can replace the mold of candy forming machine. To make different shapes of sugar. The lollipop production line can replace the forming machine mold to produce lollipops of different specifications and shapes. It should be noted that.
