CUSTOM PROCESS
Upon reaching an agreement with our esteemed customers, we diligently prepare to embark on launching a groundbreaking new project.
1. Customers supply images of their desired candy or bar samples along with primary raw materials. We assess compatibility with our machinery and identify necessary equipment.
2. We create precise CAD drawings of the candy and outline the machine process plan. These are then presented to our customers for their approval.
3. Once the contract is confirmed by the customer, a 30% deposit is received, and we commence the machine production process.
4. Committed to timely delivery as per contract, we produce the machine, capturing the process in videos for customer verification. Upon customer approval and machine cleaning, we proceed to packaging. The balance payment of 70% initiates the shipment process.
5. Post-delivery, our dedicated team coordinates with the customer to arrange for expert technical guidance.
Q1. Can one of your machines make many kinds of candy or bars?
A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine. For example, hard candy forming machine, lollipop forming machine, etc. Hard candy production line can replace the mold of candy forming machine. To make different shapes of sugar. The lollipop production line can replace the forming machine mold to produce lollipops of different specifications and shapes. It should be noted that.
