1. Customers provide us with images of candy or bar samples along with main raw materials. We'll assess compatibility with our equipment and identify the necessary machinery for your needs.
2. We create precise CAD drawings for both the candy and the machine process plan, which are then provided for your review and confirmation.
3. Once the contract is approved and a 30% deposit is received, we commence the production of your machine, ensuring timely and efficient manufacturing.
4. Upon completion, as per the contract timeline, we will document the production with videos for your confirmation. After ensuring satisfaction, we clean and pack the machine. Shipment is organized following the receipt of the remaining 70% payment.
5. After delivery, our technical team is readily available to provide expert guidance and support, ensuring smooth operation from day one.
Q1. Can one of your machines make many kinds of candy or bars?
A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine. For example, hard candy forming machine, lollipop forming machine, etc. Hard candy production line can replace the mold of candy forming machine. To make different shapes of sugar. The lollipop production line can replace the forming machine mold to produce lollipops of different specifications and shapes. It should be noted that.
