1. Customers provide detailed photos of candy or bar samples alongside the main raw materials. We meticulously assess our machine compatibility and identify the necessary equipment to meet their needs.
2. We craft detailed CAD drawings of the candy, alongside a comprehensive machine process plan, which we present to customers for their approval and satisfaction.
3. Upon confirmation of the contract and receipt of a 30% deposit, our expert team initiates the production process, ensuring accuracy and adherence to customer specifications.
4. We diligently complete the machine within the contract’s timeline, providing production videos for customer verification. Once satisfied, we thoroughly clean and pack the machine. Following receipt of the remaining 70% balance, we promptly arrange for shipment.

Q1. Can one of your machines make many kinds of candy or bars?
A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine. For example, hard candy forming machine, lollipop forming machine, etc. Hard candy production line can replace the mold of candy forming machine. To make different shapes of sugar. The lollipop production line can replace the forming machine mold to produce lollipops of different specifications and shapes. It should be noted that.
