CUSTOM PROCESS
Upon successful negotiation with the customer, we prepare to embark on an exciting new project.
1. Customers provide photos of their candy or bar samples, along with key raw materials. We assess compatibility with our machines and determine the necessary equipment.
2. We meticulously create CAD drawings of the candies, alongside a detailed machine processing plan, which we then present to customers for their valuable confirmation.
3. Once the customer confirms the contract, we secure a 30% deposit, thereafter commencing the production of the innovative machine.
4. The machine will be completed within the contractual timeframe. We produce comprehensive production videos for customer verification. Upon their confirmation, we thoroughly clean and pack the machine. Shipment arrangements are made upon receiving the remaining 70% balance payment.
5. Upon machine delivery, the customer reaches out to us, prompting our expert technicians to provide comprehensive guidance and support.
Q1. Can one of your machines make many kinds of candy or bars?
A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine. For example, hard candy forming machine, lollipop forming machine, etc. Hard candy production line can replace the mold of candy forming machine. To make different shapes of sugar. The lollipop production line can replace the forming machine mold to produce lollipops of different specifications and shapes. It should be noted that. Due to changes in candy, it may be necessary to replace the accessories of the packaging machine or the packaging machine.
