Following thorough negotiations with our valued customers, we prepare to embark on the exciting journey of launching a new project.
1. Customers provide us with images of their candy or bar samples, along with a list of main raw materials. We then assess the compatibility of our machines and identify the necessary equipment.
2. Our experts create precise CAD drawings of the candy, detailing the machine process plan, and present them to customers for approval.
3. Once the customer confirms the contract and we receive a 30% deposit, we commence the meticulous production of the machine.
4. Adhering to the contract timeline, we complete the machine and capture detailed production videos for customer review. Upon their satisfaction and after receiving the remaining 70% payment, we proceed with cleaning, packing, and arranging shipment.
5. Upon the machine's arrival, customers reach out to us, and our skilled technicians are dispatched to provide expert guidance and support.
Q1. Can one of your machines make many kinds of candy or bars?
A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine. For example, hard candy forming machine, lollipop forming machine, etc. Hard candy production line can replace the mold of candy forming machine. To make different shapes of sugar. The lollipop production line can replace the forming machine mold to produce lollipops of different specifications and shapes. It should be noted that.
