1. Customers provide detailed photos of candy or bar samples alongside main raw materials. We assess machine compatibility and determine required equipment, ensuring all needs are met.
2. Our team crafts precise CAD drawings of the candy and the machine processing plan, sharing them with customers for their valued confirmation.
3. Upon contract confirmation and receipt of a 30% deposit, we commence the meticulous production of the machine.
4. We assure timely completion of the machine as per the contractual timeline. Customers receive production videos for verification. Upon their final approval, we meticulously clean and pack the machine. Upon receiving the remaining 70% balance, we promptly arrange shipment.

Q1. Can one of your machines make many kinds of candy or bars?
A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine. For example, hard candy forming machine, lollipop forming machine, etc. Hard candy production line can replace the mold of candy forming machine. To make different shapes of sugar. The lollipop production line can replace the forming machine mold to produce lollipops of different specifications and shapes. It should be noted that.
