Following comprehensive negotiations with our esteemed customers, we meticulously prepare to embark on the launch of a groundbreaking new project.
1. Customers provide us with visuals of their candy or bar samples, along with the primary raw materials. We then confirm the suitability of our machines and determine the necessary equipment for production.
2. Our skilled team crafts detailed CAD drawings of the candy and outlines a precise machine process plan, which we present to our customers for their approval.
3. Upon contract confirmation and receipt of a 30% deposit, we commence production of the machine, ensuring all specifications align with the customer's vision.
4. We adhere to the agreed timeline for machine completion, sharing production videos with our customers for confirmation. Upon their approval, we meticulously clean and pack the machine, arranging shipment after receiving the 70% balance payment.
5. Once the machine is received, we coordinate with the customer to dispatch skilled technicians who provide essential guidance and support.
Q1. Can one of your machines make many kinds of candy or bars?
A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine. For example, hard candy forming machine, lollipop forming machine, etc. Hard candy production line can replace the mold of candy forming machine. To make different shapes of sugar. The lollipop production line can replace the forming machine mold to produce lollipops of different specifications and shapes. It should be noted that.
