Following successful negotiations with our valued customers, we stand poised to embark on the exciting journey of launching their bespoke project.
1. Customers provide vivid photos of candy or bar samples, along with primary raw materials. We conduct a thorough assessment to confirm the compatibility of our machines and identify the requisite equipment.
2. We create precise CAD drawings, outlining the candy design and comprehensive machine process plan. These are presented to the customer for their approval and feedback.
3. Upon the customer's contract confirmation and receipt of a 30% deposit, we promptly initiate the production of the machine, ensuring meticulous attention to detail.
4. Our commitment to timeliness ensures the completion of the machine within the contractually agreed timeframe. We document the production process with videos for customer verification. Once approved, we clean, pack, and upon receiving the remaining 70% balance, arrange for the machine's shipment.

Q1. Can one of your machines make many kinds of candy or bars?
A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine. For example, hard candy forming machine, lollipop forming machine, etc. Hard candy production line can replace the mold of candy forming machine. To make different shapes of sugar. The lollipop production line can replace the forming machine mold to produce lollipops of different specifications and shapes. It should be noted that.
