1. Customers supply images of candy or bar samples along with the main raw materials. We assess the compatibility of our machines and identify the necessary equipment.

3. Upon contract confirmation and receipt of a 30% deposit, we commence production, adhering to agreed timelines and quality standards.
4. We complete the machine within the contractual timeframe, providing video documentation for customer confirmation. Post-approval, we clean and pack the machine, arranging shipment following a 70% balance payment.

Q1. Can one of your machines make many kinds of candy or bars?
A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine. For example, hard candy forming machine, lollipop forming machine, etc. Hard candy production line can replace the mold of candy forming machine. To make different shapes of sugar. The lollipop production line can replace the forming machine mold to produce lollipops of different specifications and shapes. It should be noted that.
