CUSTOM PROCESS
Upon reaching an agreement with our valued customers, we eagerly initiate the launch of a new and exciting project.
1. Customers provide us with photos of their desired candy or bar samples along with the main raw materials. This allows us to confirm the compatibility of our machines and determine the necessary equipment for production.
2. We design detailed CAD drawings of the candy and outline the machine process plan, which we then present to our customers for approval, ensuring every detail meets their expectations.
3. Upon receiving the customer's confirmation and a 30% deposit, we promptly commence the production of the machine, aligning with our stringent quality standards.
4. Our team diligently works to complete the machine within the agreed timeframe. We provide production videos for customer confirmation and, upon approval, proceed with cleaning, packing, and shipping arrangements after receiving the remaining 70% balance.

Q1. Can one of your machines make many kinds of candy or bars?
A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine. For example, hard candy forming machine, lollipop forming machine, etc. Hard candy production line can replace the mold of candy forming machine. To make different shapes of sugar. The lollipop production line can replace the forming machine mold to produce lollipops of different specifications and shapes. It should be noted that.
