CUSTOM PROCESS
Upon reaching an agreement with our esteemed customer, we embark on launching the exciting new project.
1. Customers provide us with photos of their candy or bar samples, alongside the main raw materials. We assess compatibility with our machines and determine the necessary equipment.
2. Our expert team creates detailed CAD drawings of the candy and the precise machine process plan, presenting them to the customer for approval and feedback.
3. Once the customer has confirmed the contract, we receive a 30% deposit to initiate production of the machine, setting the wheels in motion for success.
4. We adhere to the timeline stipulated in the contract to finalize the machine. Comprehensive production videos are shared with our customers for confirmation. Upon their approval and receipt of the remaining 70% balance, we meticulously clean, pack, and prepare the machine for shipment.
5. After the machine is safely received by the customer, they reach out to us, and we promptly arrange for our skilled technicians to provide expert guidance and support.
Q1. Can one of your machines make many kinds of candy or bars?
A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine. For example, hard candy forming machine, lollipop forming machine, etc. Hard candy production line can replace the mold of candy forming machine. To make different shapes of sugar. The lollipop production line can replace the forming machine mold to produce lollipops of different specifications and shapes. It should be noted that.
