Following a fruitful negotiation with our esteemed customers, we are all set to embark on launching an exciting new project.
1. Customers share photos of sample candies or bars, along with the primary ingredients. We then assess the suitability of our machinery and determine the necessary equipment.
2. We meticulously craft CAD drawings of the candy and machine process plan, presenting them to our customers for approval and ensuring every detail is just right.
3. Upon contract confirmation and receipt of a 30% deposit, we initiate the production of the machine, committing to precision and excellence.
4. Within the agreed timeline, we complete the machine's production, capturing videos for customer verification. Once approved, we clean, pack, and ship the machine after receiving the remaining 70% balance, ensuring a smooth transaction.
5. Upon receipt of the machine, our dedicated team arranges for skilled technicians to provide expert guidance, ensuring seamless integration and operation.
Q1. Can one of your machines make many kinds of candy or bars?
A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine. For example, hard candy forming machine, lollipop forming machine, etc. Hard candy production line can replace the mold of candy forming machine. To make different shapes of sugar. The lollipop production line can replace the forming machine mold to produce lollipops of different specifications and shapes. It should be noted that.
