1. Customers share candy or bar sample photos and main raw materials. We assess our machine compatibility and equipment requirements.
2. We craft detailed CAD drawings of the candy and meticulously design the machine process plan, ensuring customer satisfaction through confirmation.
3. Upon contract confirmation, we receive a 30% deposit to kickstart the production journey of your machine.
4. We adhere to the agreed production timelines, capturing videos of the machine's progress for customer approval. Once validated, we clean and pack the machine, shipping upon receiving the 70% balance payment.

A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine. For example, hard candy forming machine, lollipop forming machine, etc. Hard candy production line can replace the mold of candy forming machine. To make different shapes of sugar.
