CUSTOM PROCESS
Upon reaching an agreement with our esteemed customers, we embark on the exciting journey to initiate a new project.
1. Our customers provide us with visuals of candy or bar samples along with the core raw materials. We meticulously assess the compatibility of our machines and identify the necessary equipment required for production.
2. We craft precise CAD drawings of the candy design and the machine process plan, presenting them to our customers for their valued confirmation.
3. Once the contract is confirmed by the customer and we have received a 30% deposit, we commence production of the specified machine.
4. Adhering to the contract timeline, we meticulously complete the machine. We capture and share production videos with our customers for their verification. Upon their approval, we proceed with cleaning, packing, and arranging shipment upon receipt of the remaining 70% balance.
5. Post-delivery, we coordinate with the customer to arrange for our skilled technicians to provide comprehensive guidance and support, ensuring seamless integration and operation of the machine.
Q1. Can one of your machines make many kinds of candy or bars?
A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine. For example, hard candy forming machine, lollipop forming machine, etc. Hard candy production line can replace the mold of candy forming machine. To make different shapes of sugar. The lollipop production line can replace the forming machine mold to produce lollipops of different specifications and shapes. It should be noted that. Due to changes in candy, it may be necessary to replace the accessories of the packaging machine or the packaging machine.
