CUSTOM PROCESS
Upon reaching a mutual agreement with the customer, we eagerly prepare to initiate exciting new projects.
1. Customers are invited to share photos of candy or bar samples along with the primary raw materials. We assess the compatibility of our machines and determine the necessary equipment.
2. Our team crafts precise CAD drawings of the candy, along with a detailed machine process plan, which are then shared with customers for their confirmation.
3. Once the contract is confirmed by the customer, a 30% deposit is received, signaling the commencement of machine production.
4. We commit to completing the machine within the contractually agreed timeframe. Throughout production, video updates are provided for customer confirmation. Upon customer approval, the machine is cleaned, packed, and prepared for shipping after the remaining 70% balance is settled.
5. After the machine's arrival, our customer reaches out, at which point we organize technical guidance to ensure smooth operation.
Q1. Can one of your machines make many kinds of candy or bars?
A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine. For example, hard candy forming machine, lollipop forming machine, etc. Hard candy production line can replace the mold of candy forming machine. To make different shapes of sugar. The lollipop production line can replace the forming machine mold to produce lollipops of different specifications and shapes. It should be noted that.
