1. Customers submit images of candy or bar samples and specify the primary raw materials. We evaluate compatibility with our machines and determine the necessary equipment.
2. Our team develops precise CAD drawings of the candy, alongside a detailed process plan for the machinery, which we provide for customer approval, ensuring clarity and precision.
3. Once the contract is finalized and a 30% deposit is received, our skilled workforce commences the precise creation of your machine.
4. Adhering to contractual timelines, we complete the machine, documenting the process with videos for customer verification. Following approval, we meticulously clean and package the machine, dispatching it upon receipt of the remaining 70% balance payment.
5. Upon delivery, customers connect with us, and we promptly deploy expert technicians to provide comprehensive guidance and support.
Q1. Can one of your machines make many kinds of candy or bars?
A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine. For example, hard candy forming machine, lollipop forming machine, etc. Hard candy production line can replace the mold of candy forming machine. To make different shapes of sugar. The lollipop production line can replace the forming machine mold to produce lollipops of different specifications and shapes. It should be noted that.
