CUSTOM PROCESS
Upon successful negotiation with our valued customer, we eagerly prepare to embark on an exciting new project.
1. Customers are invited to provide images of their candy or bar samples along with the primary raw materials. We will assess the compatibility of our machines and identify the necessary equipment for production.
2. Our skilled team creates detailed CAD drawings of the candy, alongside a meticulous machine process plan, which is then presented to the customer for validation.
3. Following the confirmation of terms in the contract and receipt of a 30% deposit, we commence the construction of the machine, ensuring every detail is crafted to perfection.
4. We commit to completing the machine within the agreed timeframe, documenting the production process via video for customer review. Upon approval, we meticulously clean and pack the machine, proceeding with shipment upon receipt of the remaining 70% payment.
5. Post-delivery, our customer reaches out to us, prompting our swift arrangement of technical support to provide thorough guidance, ensuring smooth operation.
Q1. Can one of your machines make many kinds of candy or bars?
A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine. For example, hard candy forming machine, lollipop forming machine, etc. Hard candy production line can replace the mold of candy forming machine. To make different shapes of sugar. The lollipop production line can replace the forming machine mold to produce lollipops of different specifications and shapes. It should be noted that.
