1. Customers supply us with detailed photos of candy or bar samples and the primary raw materials. We then assess the compatibility of our machinery and identify the necessary equipment.
2. Our skilled team drafts precise CAD drawings of the candy, along with the machine process plan, and submits them to customers for comprehensive review and confirmation.
3. Upon contract confirmation and receipt of a 30% deposit, we initiate the production of the machine, ensuring adherence to the highest standards.
4. We commit to completing the machine within the contractual timeline, providing detailed production videos for customer approval. Once confirmed problem-free, we meticulously clean and pack the machine. After receiving the remaining 70% balance, we organize the shipment.

Q1. Can one of your machines make many kinds of candy or bars?
A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine. For example, hard candy forming machine, lollipop forming machine, etc. Hard candy production line can replace the mold of candy forming machine. To make different shapes of sugar. The lollipop production line can replace the forming machine mold to produce lollipops of different specifications and shapes. It should be noted that.
