3. Upon contract confirmation and receipt of a 30% deposit, our dedicated team initiates the production of your tailored machine, ensuring adherence to the highest standards.
4. We pledge to complete the production within the agreed timeline, documenting the process with detailed videos for your assurance. Upon your approval and receipt of the remaining 70% balance payment, we meticulously clean, pack, and ship your machine, ensuring it arrives in pristine condition.

Q1. Can one of your machines make many kinds of candy or bars?
A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine. For example, hard candy forming machine, lollipop forming machine, etc. Hard candy production line can replace the mold of candy forming machine. To make different shapes of sugar.
