CUSTOM PROCESS
Upon successful negotiation with the client, we eagerly prepare to initiate the new project, ensuring a tailored approach to meet specific needs.
1. Customers share images of candy samples or bar samples along with key raw materials. We then assess the compatibility of our machines and identify the necessary equipment to fulfill their requirements.
2. Our experts create precise CAD drawings of the candy and the machine process plan, presenting them to customers for validation and feedback.
3. Once the contract is approved by the customer and a 30% deposit is received, we promptly commence the production of the machine, ensuring adherence to quality and timelines.
4. We diligently complete the machine within the contractual timeframe, providing videos of the production process for customer confirmation. Post-approval, we meticulously clean and pack the machine. Shipment is arranged upon receipt of the remaining 70% balance payment.

Q1. Can one of your machines make many kinds of candy or bars?
A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine. For example, hard candy forming machine, lollipop forming machine, etc. Hard candy production line can replace the mold of candy forming machine. To make different shapes of sugar. The lollipop production line can replace the forming machine mold to produce lollipops of different specifications and shapes. It should be noted that.
