Upon successful negotiation with our esteemed customers, we embark on launching groundbreaking new projects with a focus on excellence.
1. Customers initiate the process by providing photos of candy samples or bar samples, along with the main raw materials. We then confirm if our cutting-edge machines can be utilized and determine the necessary equipment for production.
2. Our team meticulously drafts CAD drawings of the candy and develops a comprehensive machine process plan, presenting these to the customers for approval, ensuring their vision is fully realized.
3. Once the customer confirms the contract, a 30% deposit is secured, allowing us to commence production of the machine with precision and care.
4. Adhering to the contract timeline, we complete the machine production. Detailed video documentation is provided for customer confirmation. Upon approval, the machine undergoes thorough cleaning and packaging. The final step involves arranging shipment after receiving the remaining 70% balance payment.

A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine. For example, hard candy forming machine, lollipop forming machine, etc. Hard candy production line can replace the mold of candy forming machine. To make different shapes of sugar. The lollipop production line can replace the forming machine mold to produce lollipops of different specifications and shapes. It should be noted that.
