1. Customers provide detailed photos of candy or bar samples and key raw materials. We assess the feasibility of our machines and determine the necessary equipment requirements.
2. Our experts craft precise CAD drawings of the candy and devise a meticulous machine process plan, which we present to customers for their approval.
3. Upon the customer's approval and receipt of a 30% deposit, we commence the production of the machine with dedication and precision.
4. Adhering to the contractual timeline, we complete the machine and document its production via video for customer validation. Once confirmed, we meticulously clean, pack, and upon receiving the remaining 70% balance, arrange for shipment.

Q1. Can one of your machines make many kinds of candy or bars?
A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine. For example, hard candy forming machine, lollipop forming machine, etc. Hard candy production line can replace the mold of candy forming machine. To make different shapes of sugar. The lollipop production line can replace the forming machine mold to produce lollipops of different specifications and shapes. It should be noted that.
