Custom process and After-Sales
Upon concluding negotiations with our valued customer, we prepare to embark on a new project.
1. Customers provide us with photos of candy samples or bar samples, along with the main raw materials. We confirm our machines' suitability and determine the necessary equipment.
2. We meticulously draft CAD drawings of the candy, along with the machine process plan, for customer confirmation.
3. Upon the customer's contract confirmation, we receive a 30% deposit and promptly commence the machine production process.
4. We complete the machine within the contract's stipulated timeframe, providing video documentation of the production process for customer verification. Following the customer's approval, we clean and pack the machine, arranging shipment upon receipt of the remaining 70% balance payment.
