CUSTOM PROCESS
Once discussions with the customer are complete, we embark on preparing to launch an exciting new project.
1. Customers share photos of candy or bar samples along with the main raw materials. We assess if our machines meet their needs and identify the necessary equipment.
2. We create precise CAD drawings of the candy and a comprehensive machine process plan, which we present to customers for approval, ensuring accuracy and satisfaction.
3. Following the customer's agreement and a 30% deposit, we commence the meticulous production of the machine, setting the stage for excellence.
4. Adhering to the timeline in the contract, we complete production efficiently. We document the process with videos for customer review. Upon their approval, we meticulously clean and pack the machine. After receiving the remaining 70% balance, we arrange for prompt shipment.
5. Upon delivery of the machine, the customer contacts us to arrange for our expert technicians to provide comprehensive guidance, ensuring smooth integration and operation.
Q1. Can one of your machines make many kinds of candy or bars?
A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine. For example, hard candy forming machine, lollipop forming machine, etc. Hard candy production line can replace the mold of candy forming machine. To make different shapes of sugar. The lollipop production line can replace the forming machine mold to produce lollipops of different specifications and shapes. It should be noted that.
