After reaching a mutual agreement with our valued customer, we eagerly prepare to embark on an exciting new project.
1. Customers supply images of candy or bar samples alongside the primary raw materials. Our team assesses equipment compatibility and identifies necessary machinery for production.
2. We meticulously create CAD drawings of the candy and devise a detailed machine process plan, presenting them to customers for their approval.
3. Once the contract is confirmed, a 30% deposit is received, allowing us to commence the meticulous production of the machinery.
4. We commit to completing the machine within the contractual timeframe, providing video updates for customer confirmation. After the customer affirms satisfaction, the machine is cleaned, packed, and shipped upon receipt of the remaining 70% balance.
5. Post-receipt of the machine, customer contact initiates our arrangement of expert technician guidance, ensuring smooth operational integration.

A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine. For example, hard candy forming machine, lollipop forming machine, etc. Hard candy production line can replace the mold of candy forming machine. To make different shapes of sugar.
