CUSTOM PROCESS
Following successful negotiations, we initiate the launch of your bespoke project.
1. Customers provide visuals of candy or bar samples along with main raw materials. We assess machine compatibility and necessary equipment.
2. Our team crafts precise CAD drawings of the candy, along with a comprehensive machine process plan, for client approval.
3. Upon contract confirmation and receipt of a 30% deposit, production commences.
4. Our team ensures timely completion as per contractual deadlines, offering video updates for client verification. Once approved, we clean and pack the machine. Shipment is scheduled following receipt of the remaining 70% balance.
5. Post-delivery, our expert technicians provide guidance and support, ensuring optimal performance.
Q1. Can one of your machines make many kinds of candy or bars?
A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine. For example, hard candy forming machine, lollipop forming machine, etc. Hard candy production line can replace the mold of candy forming machine. To make different shapes of sugar. The lollipop production line can replace the forming machine mold to produce lollipops of different specifications and shapes. It should be noted that.
