CUSTOM PROCESS
Upon reaching a mutual agreement with our esteemed clients, we are poised and ready to embark on an exciting new project.
1. Clients share images of their desired candy or bar samples along with key raw materials. We evaluate the compatibility of our machines and determine the necessary equipment.
2. Our expert team crafts precise CAD drawings for the candy and devises a meticulous machine process plan. These are presented to clients for thorough review and approval.
3. Following the client's affirmation of the contract, we proceed with the production of the machine upon receipt of a 30% deposit.
4. Adhering to the contractual timeline, we complete the machine and capture detailed production videos for client validation. Once approved and cleared of any concerns, we meticulously clean, package, and dispatch the machine, contingent on receiving the remaining 70% balance.
5. Post-delivery, clients reach out to us, prompting our swift arrangement of skilled technicians to provide expert guidance and support.
Q1. Can one of your machines make many kinds of candy or bars?
A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine. For example, hard candy forming machine, lollipop forming machine, etc. Hard candy production line can replace the mold of candy forming machine. To make different shapes of sugar. The lollipop production line can replace the forming machine mold to produce lollipops of different specifications and shapes. It should be noted that.
