Upon reaching an agreement with our valued customers, we embark on launching a new project, ensuring all needs are meticulously addressed.
1. Customers provide us with photos of candy or bar samples and details about the primary raw materials. We then assess machine compatibility and determine the necessary equipment.
2. Our experts craft detailed CAD drawings of the candy, alongside a comprehensive machine process plan, presenting them to customers for approval.
3. Following contract confirmation, we receive a 30% deposit, prompting us to commence production on the machine with precision and efficiency.
4. We diligently complete the machine within the contractual timeframe, providing video updates of the production process for customer verification. Once approved, we meticulously clean, pack, and arrange shipment after receiving the remaining 70% balance.

Q1. Can one of your machines make many kinds of candy or bars?
A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine. For example, hard candy forming machine, lollipop forming machine, etc. Hard candy production line can replace the mold of candy forming machine. To make different shapes of sugar. The lollipop production line can replace the forming machine mold to produce lollipops of different specifications and shapes. It should be noted that.
