CUSTOM PROCESS
Following comprehensive discussions with our customers, we meticulously prepare to embark on innovative new projects.
1. Customers provide images of candy or bar samples, along with key raw materials. We assess the compatibility with our machines and determine necessary equipment.
2. We craft precise CAD drawings of the candy and meticulously plan the machine process, providing these details to customers for their approval.
3. Upon contract confirmation by the customer, we secure a 30% deposit and commence the production of the machine with precision and care.
4. We ensure the machine's completion within the contractual timeline. Videos documenting the production process are shared with customers for review. Upon their approval, we meticulously clean and pack the machine. Once the 70% balance payment is received, we proceed with shipment arrangements.
5. Post-delivery, the customer reaches out to us, and we promptly arrange for our skilled technicians to provide expert guidance, ensuring seamless integration and satisfaction.
Q1. Can one of your machines make many kinds of candy or bars?
A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine. For example, hard candy forming machine, lollipop forming machine, etc. Hard candy production line can replace the mold of candy forming machine. To make different shapes of sugar. The lollipop production line can replace the forming machine mold to produce lollipops of different specifications and shapes. It should be noted that.
