CUSTOM PROCESS
Upon reaching a mutual agreement with our esteemed customers, we meticulously prepare to embark on a new, exciting project.
1. Customers share images of their desired candy or bar samples, along with the primary raw materials. We assess compatibility with our machines and determine the necessary equipment.
2. We create detailed CAD drawings of the candy and outline the machine process plan, presenting them to customers for approval and confirmation.
3. Following contract approval and receipt of a 30% deposit, we initiate the production of the machine, adhering to the highest standards.
4. We commit to completing the machine within the stipulated timeline. To ensure transparency, we provide customers with production videos for verification. Once confirmed, we meticulously clean and pack the machine. After receiving the remaining 70% balance, we promptly organize shipment.
5. Post-delivery, customers reach out to us, and we promptly arrange for our expert technicians to provide comprehensive guidance and support.
Q1. Can one of your machines make many kinds of candy or bars?
A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine. For example, hard candy forming machine, lollipop forming machine, etc. Hard candy production line can replace the mold of candy forming machine. To make different shapes of sugar. The lollipop production line can replace the forming machine mold to produce lollipops of different specifications and shapes. It should be noted that.
