CUSTOM PROCESS
After a detailed negotiation with our valued customers, we prepare to embark on an exciting new project.
1. Customers provide us with photographs of candy or bar samples, alongside primary raw materials. We then confirm the compatibility of our machines and determine the necessary equipment.
2. We meticulously draft CAD drawings of the candy, alongside the machine process plan, and present them to our customers for approval.
3. Upon contract confirmation and receipt of a 30% deposit, we initiate the production of the machine with precision and efficiency.
4. We commit to completing the machine within the contractual timeframe, providing video confirmations of the production process. After customer approval, we clean and package the machine, arranging shipment once the 70% balance is received.
5. Post-delivery, we arrange for our expert technicians to offer guidance, ensuring seamless integration and operation for our customers.
Q1. Can one of your machines make many kinds of candy or bars?
A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine. For example, hard candy forming machine, lollipop forming machine, etc. Hard candy production line can replace the mold of candy forming machine. To make different shapes of sugar. The lollipop production line can replace the forming machine mold to produce lollipops of different specifications and shapes. It should be noted that.
