CUSTOM PROCESS
Upon successful negotiation, we meticulously plan to initiate a new project tailored to the customer’s requirements, ensuring precision and satisfaction.
1. Customers provide visual samples of candies or bars along with the main raw materials. We then assess compatibility with our machines and identify necessary equipment for optimal production.
2. Our team crafts detailed CAD drawings of the candy and outlines a comprehensive machine process plan, presenting it to customers for review and approval.
3. Following the customer's approval of the contract and receipt of a 30% deposit, we commence manufacturing the machine, ensuring adherence to agreed specifications and timelines.
4. We guarantee timely completion of the machine within the contract's specified period. We provide production videos for customer verification. Upon approval, we meticulously clean and package the machine, proceeding with shipment once the remaining 70% balance is settled.

Q1. Can one of your machines make many kinds of candy or bars?
A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine. For example, hard candy forming machine, lollipop forming machine, etc. Hard candy production line can replace the mold of candy forming machine. To make different shapes of sugar. The lollipop production line can replace the forming machine mold to produce lollipops of different specifications and shapes. It should be noted that.
