CUSTOM PROCESS
Following thorough negotiations with our esteemed customers, we are set to embark on an exciting new project.
1. Customers present us with photos of candy or bar samples and main ingredients. We assess our machine's compatibility and identify the necessary equipment.
2. We meticulously craft CAD drawings of the candy, alongside the machine process plan, which we then present to customers for review and confirmation.
3. Upon contract confirmation and receipt of a 30% deposit, we commence the machine production process with utmost precision and care.
4. We commit to completing the machine within the agreed timeline, providing customers with production videos for verification. Once confirmed, we meticulously clean and package the machine, arranging shipment post-receipt of the remaining 70% balance.
5. Upon machine arrival, customers can reach out to us. We promptly deploy our skilled technicians to offer expert guidance and support.
Q1. Can one of your machines make many kinds of candy or bars?
A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine. For example, hard candy forming machine, lollipop forming machine, etc. Hard candy production line can replace the mold of candy forming machine. To make different shapes of sugar. The lollipop production line can replace the forming machine mold to produce lollipops of different specifications and shapes. It should be noted that.
