1. Customers provide us with detailed photos of candy or bar samples along with key raw material information. We assess the compatibility of our machines and determine the necessary equipment to bring your vision to life.
2. We meticulously craft CAD drawings of the candy, along with a detailed machine process plan, presenting these to our customers for thorough confirmation and approval.
3. Upon receiving customer confirmation of the contract, along with a 30% deposit, we commence the production of your bespoke machinery, ensuring precision and attention to detail.
4. We commit to completing the machine within the contractual timeline, providing customers with production videos for verification. Once approved, we meticulously clean and package the machine, shipping it post-receipt of the 70% balance payment.

Q1. Can one of your machines make many kinds of candy or bars?
A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine. For example, hard candy forming machine, lollipop forming machine, etc. Hard candy production line can replace the mold of candy forming machine. To make different shapes of sugar. The lollipop production line can replace the forming machine mold to produce lollipops of different specifications and shapes. It should be noted that.
