CUSTOM PROCESS
Following successful negotiations with the customer, we embark on launching a new project with enthusiasm and precision.
1. Customers supply images of their desired candy or bar samples, along with the main raw materials. We assess compatibility with our machines and identify the necessary equipment.
2. We meticulously create CAD drawings for the candy and devise a comprehensive machine process plan, providing them to customers for approval.
3. Upon contract confirmation and receipt of a 30% deposit, we initiate the production of the machine with precision and care.
4. Adhering to the timeline specified in the contract, we complete the machine production. We capture videos for customer verification, ensuring satisfaction before cleaning, packing, and shipping the machine upon receiving the remaining 70% of the payment.
5. Post-delivery, our customers reach out to us, and we promptly arrange for our skilled technicians to provide expert guidance and support.
Q1. Can one of your machines make many kinds of candy or bars?
A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine. For example, hard candy forming machine, lollipop forming machine, etc. Hard candy production line can replace the mold of candy forming machine. To make different shapes of sugar. The lollipop production line can replace the forming machine mold to produce lollipops of different specifications and shapes. It should be noted that.
