Following an in-depth negotiation with our valued customers, we embark on launching innovative new projects tailored to their precise needs.
1. Customers provide photographs of candy or bar samples along with the main raw materials. We assess the compatibility of our machines and identify the necessary equipment.
2. Our experts craft detailed CAD drawings of the candy and machine process plans, which are then presented to customers for validation and approval.
3. Once the contract is confirmed by the customer, a 30% deposit is received, allowing us to commence the production of the bespoke machine.
4. We adhere to the contractual timeline to complete the machine, capturing production videos for customer confirmation. On approval, we meticulously clean and package the machine. Upon receiving the remaining 70% balance, we arrange for prompt shipment.

Q1. Can one of your machines make many kinds of candy or bars?
A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine. For example, hard candy forming machine, lollipop forming machine, etc. Hard candy production line can replace the mold of candy forming machine. To make different shapes of sugar. The lollipop production line can replace the forming machine mold to produce lollipops of different specifications and shapes. It should be noted that.
