1. Customers supply photos of candy or bar samples alongside main raw materials. We then assess machine compatibility and necessary equipment.
2. Our experts craft precise CAD drawings of the candy and machine process plan, providing these to customers for meticulous confirmation.
3. Upon receiving confirmation and a 30% deposit, we commence the machine's production journey, sparking the creation process.
4. Within the contract's timeline, we complete the machine, capturing production videos for customer approval. After customer satisfaction, we meticulously clean, package, and prepare the machine for shipment upon receiving the remaining 70% payment.

Q1. Can one of your machines make many kinds of candy or bars?
A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine. For example, hard candy forming machine, lollipop forming machine, etc. Hard candy production line can replace the mold of candy forming machine. To make different shapes of sugar. The lollipop production line can replace the forming machine mold to produce lollipops of different specifications and shapes. It should be noted that.
