After engaging in detailed negotiations with the customer, we meticulously prepare to embark on the launch of a new project, ensuring clarity and alignment at every step.
1. Customers provide us with images of their candy or bar samples along with primary raw materials. We thoroughly assess whether our machines suit their production needs and determine the necessary equipment.
2. Our team meticulously crafts CAD drawings of the candy, alongside the machine process plans, which are shared with customers for approval and feedback, ensuring precision in execution.
3. Upon contract confirmation and receipt of a 30% deposit, our production phase commences, reflecting our commitment to timely and quality manufacture.
4. We adhere strictly to the contract timeline for machine completion, providing production videos for customer verification. After final customer approval, we carefully clean, pack, and prepare the machine for shipment following the receipt of the remaining 70% balance payment.

Q1. Can one of your machines make many kinds of candy or bars?
A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine. For example, hard candy forming machine, lollipop forming machine, etc. Hard candy production line can replace the mold of candy forming machine. To make different shapes of sugar. The lollipop production line can replace the forming machine mold to produce lollipops of different specifications and shapes. It should be noted that.
