CUSTOM PROCESS
Upon agreement with our valued customers, we enthusiastically embark on launching exciting new projects.
1. Customers share photos of candy or bar samples along with key raw materials. We assess machine compatibility and identify necessary equipment.
2. We meticulously draft CAD drawings of the candies and machine process plans, providing them to our clients for approval.
3. Once the customer approves the contract, a 30% deposit is secured, allowing us to commence the machine production process.
4. Adhering to stipulated timelines, we complete the machine and send production videos for customer validation. Upon confirmation and receipt of the remaining 70% balance, we conduct a thorough cleaning and packaging before coordinating shipment.
5. Following machine delivery, our customers reach out to us, enabling us to swiftly arrange expert technical guidance and support.
Q1. Can one of your machines make many kinds of candy or bars?
A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine. For example, hard candy forming machine, lollipop forming machine, etc. Hard candy production line can replace the mold of candy forming machine. To make different shapes of sugar. The lollipop production line can replace the forming machine mold to produce lollipops of different specifications and shapes. It should be noted that.
