Upon reaching an agreement with our valued customers, we gear up to embark on an exciting new project.
1. Customers provide images of candy or bar samples alongside main raw materials. We then assess compatibility with our machines and determine the necessary equipment, offering tailored solutions.
2. Our expert team crafts precise CAD drawings of the candy and outlines the machine process plan, presenting them to the customer for their approval.
3. With the contract confirmed and a 30% deposit in hand, our skilled production team gets to work creating the machine, ensuring every detail is meticulously attended to.
4. We adhere to contractual timelines, keeping customers informed with production videos. Once satisfied, we clean and pack the machine, proceeding with shipment upon receiving the 70% balance payment.

Q1. Can one of your machines make many kinds of candy or bars?
A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine. For example, hard candy forming machine, lollipop forming machine, etc. Hard candy production line can replace the mold of candy forming machine. To make different shapes of sugar. The lollipop production line can replace the forming machine mold to produce lollipops of different specifications and shapes. It should be noted that.
