CUSTOM PROCESS
Upon finalizing discussions with our esteemed customers, we meticulously prepare to embark on a new project.
1. Customers provide detailed images of candy or bar samples along with primary raw materials. We assess the compatibility of our machines and identify necessary equipment.
2. Our skilled team crafts precise CAD drawings of the candies and conceptualizes the machine process plan, which are then shared with customers for approval.
3. Once the customer finalizes the contract, a 30% deposit is received, allowing us to commence the production of the machine.
4. We adhere to contractual timelines to complete the machine, capturing production videos for customer validation. Following customer approval, the machine undergoes cleaning and packing. After receiving the remaining 70% balance, we arrange for shipment.
5. Upon delivery, our customer coordinators reach out to arrange for our expert technicians to provide comprehensive guidance and support.
Q1. Can one of your machines make many kinds of candy or bars?
A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine. For example, hard candy forming machine, lollipop forming machine, etc. Hard candy production line can replace the mold of candy forming machine. To make different shapes of sugar. The lollipop production line can replace the forming machine mold to produce lollipops of different specifications and shapes. It should be noted that.
