1. Customers provide us with ample details, including photos of candy or bar samples and essential raw materials. We then assess compatibility with our machines and determine the necessary equipment for the task.
2. Our skilled technicians craft precise CAD drawings of the candy and machine process plans, which are then presented to customers for approval and feedback.
3. Post contract confirmation and a 30% deposit receipt, we promptly commence the machine production process, ensuring adherence to the highest standards.
4. We guarantee timely completion of the machine as per the contractual timeline. Videos documenting the production are shared with customers for confirmation. Upon approval, we meticulously clean, pack, and ship the machine after receiving the remaining 70% balance payment.

Q1. Can one of your machines make many kinds of candy or bars?
A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine. For example, hard candy forming machine, lollipop forming machine, etc. Hard candy production line can replace the mold of candy forming machine. To make different shapes of sugar. The lollipop production line can replace the forming machine mold to produce lollipops of different specifications and shapes. It should be noted that.
