CUSTOM PROCESS
Following successful negotiations with our valued client, we embark on launching a new, exciting project.
1. Clients present photos of candy or bar samples along with key raw materials. We then assess the suitability of our machinery and determine necessary equipment.
2. We meticulously draft CAD drawings of the candy along with a comprehensive machine process plan, presenting these to clients for approval.
3. Upon contract confirmation, we receive a 30% deposit and initiate the precision crafting of your machine.
4. We adhere to contractual timelines to complete your machine, providing video updates throughout the production process. Once you confirm satisfaction, we meticulously clean, pack, and dispatch the machine post receipt of the remaining 70% balance.
5. Upon your machine's arrival, our expert technicians are on standby, ready to offer comprehensive guidance and support.
Q1. Can one of your machines make many kinds of candy or bars?
A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine. For example, hard candy forming machine, lollipop forming machine, etc. Hard candy production line can replace the mold of candy forming machine. To make different shapes of sugar. The lollipop production line can replace the forming machine mold to produce lollipops of different specifications and shapes. It should be noted that.
