CUSTOM PROCESS
Upon successful negotiation with our esteemed customers, we enthusiastically prepare to embark on groundbreaking new projects.
1. Customers provide us with visuals of candy or bar samples, along with key raw materials. We then assess compatibility with our machines and determine the necessary equipment.
2. We create detailed CAD drawings of the candy and the machine process plan, which we share with our customers for their approval.
3. Once our customers confirm the contract and a 30% deposit is secured, we immediately commence the production of the machine.
4. Adhering to the timeline outlined in the contract, we diligently complete the machine production. We provide video documentation to ensure customer satisfaction. Post-approval and upon receiving the remaining 70% balance, we proceed with cleaning, packing, and arranging shipment of the machine.
5. Following delivery, we maintain our commitment to service by coordinating with the customer to offer expert technical guidance, ensuring smooth operation of their new equipment.
Q1. Can one of your machines make many kinds of candy or bars?
A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine. For example, hard candy forming machine, lollipop forming machine, etc. Hard candy production line can replace the mold of candy forming machine. To make different shapes of sugar. The lollipop production line can replace the forming machine mold to produce lollipops of different specifications and shapes. It should be noted that.
