1. Customers provide us with photos of candy or bar samples along with primary raw materials. We meticulously assess and confirm the suitability of our machines and identify necessary equipment.
2. We craft detailed CAD drawings of the candy, outlining the machine process plan. These are then presented to customers for validation and approval.
3. Upon contract confirmation, a 30% deposit is received, signaling the commencement of machine production with utmost precision.
4. We adhere to the contractual timeline, finalizing the machine with precision. We provide production videos for customer verification, followed by thorough cleaning and packaging. Shipment is arranged upon receiving the 70% balance payment.

Q1. Can one of your machines make many kinds of candy or bars?
A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine. For example, hard candy forming machine, lollipop forming machine, etc. Hard candy production line can replace the mold of candy forming machine. To make different shapes of sugar. The lollipop production line can replace the forming machine mold to produce lollipops of different specifications and shapes. It should be noted that.
