CUSTOM PROCESS
Following thorough negotiations with clients, we enthusiastically prepare to embark on new ventures.
1. Customers initially supply images of candy or bar samples along with primary raw materials. We proceed by evaluating the compatibility of our machines and determining the equipment necessary.
2. We meticulously craft CAD drawings of the candy and develop a comprehensive machine process plan, which is then presented to customers for their approval.
3. Once the customer finalizes the contract, we secure a 30% deposit and commence the machine production process with precision.
4. Adhering to the contract timeline, we complete the machine production and provide customers with videos for verification. Upon their approval, the machine is cleaned, packed, and shipped following receipt of the remaining 70% balance payment.
5. Post-delivery, we maintain open communication with the customer and arrange for our technicians to offer expert guidance as needed.
Q1. Can one of your machines make many kinds of candy or bars?
A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine. For example, hard candy forming machine, lollipop forming machine, etc. Hard candy production line can replace the mold of candy forming machine. To make different shapes of sugar. The lollipop production line can replace the forming machine mold to produce lollipops of different specifications and shapes. It should be noted that.
