CUSTOM PROCESS
Initiating a new project post-negotiation, we ensure a smooth and efficient transition from concept to reality.
1. Customers provide photos of candy samples or bar samples, along with primary raw material details. We assess the compatibility of our machines and identify necessary equipment.
2. We craft detailed CAD drawings of the candy, along with a machine process plan, and present them to customers for approval, ensuring all specifications meet their expectations.
3. Upon contract confirmation and receipt of a 30% deposit, we commence the precise production of the machine, adhering strictly to the agreed timeline.
4. We complete the machine within the contractual timeframe, providing video updates for customer verification. Once approved, we meticulously clean and pack the machine. Shipment is arranged following receipt of the 70% balance payment.
5. After the machine's arrival, our dedicated technicians are available for guidance, ensuring seamless integration and operation.
Q1. Can one of your machines make many kinds of candy or bars?
A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine. For example, hard candy forming machine, lollipop forming machine, etc. Hard candy production line can replace the mold of candy forming machine. To make different shapes of sugar. The lollipop production line can replace the forming machine mold to produce lollipops of different specifications and shapes. It should be noted that.
