After engaging in thorough negotiations with the customer, we meticulously prepare to initiate a new project tailored to their unique specifications and needs.
1. Customers share photographs of candy samples or bar samples, along with the primary raw materials. We then verify if our machines are suitable and determine the required equipment for optimal production.
2. We create precise CAD drawings of the candy and devise a detailed machine process plan. These documents are then presented to customers for their review and approval.
3. Upon the customer's confirmation of the contract, a 30% deposit is received. This initiates the production process of the machine, ensuring timely delivery.
4. The machine is crafted within the contract's stipulated timeline. We document the production process through videos to ensure customer transparency. Once the customer confirms satisfaction, we meticulously clean and package the machine. After receiving the remaining 70% balance, we organize the shipment.

A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine. For example, hard candy forming machine, lollipop forming machine, etc. Hard candy production line can replace the mold of candy forming machine. To make different shapes of sugar. The lollipop production line can replace the forming machine mold to produce lollipops of different specifications and shapes. It should be noted that.
